ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed with dark precision within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During new collection launches like our FOREST INK or ECTOGASM lines, processing may take slightly longer as we ensure every item meets our dark standards.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES

We offer two shadowy paths for your orders to travel:

STANDARD SHIPPING – $12.95

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included for your peace of mind

FREE SHIPPING

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Perfect for those who don’t mind a longer journey through the shadows

THE DARK RETURN PROCESS

Sometimes even the most carefully selected gothic garments may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed with the same dark aesthetic and attention to detail that defines our collections.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY OVERVIEW

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

ITEMS THAT CANNOT RETURN FROM THE SHADOWS

Due to their intimate nature or custom design, the following items cannot be returned:

  • FACE MASKS (for hygiene reasons)
  • COMPACT MIRRORS (if seal is broken)
  • BADGES / ENAMEL PINS / PATCHES (if removed from original packaging)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items from our ELVIRA or HORRORPOPS collections

THE FOUR STEPS OF DARK RETURN

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our dark fashion specialists at [email protected] with your order number and product details. Alternatively, use our return request template provided below.

Step 2: Prepare Your Items

Pack the items securely in their original packaging with all tags and labels. Include the original receipt or order confirmation copy.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our shadowy headquarters:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Our dark fashion specialists will inspect returned items. We’ll notify you of refund approval or rejection within 7 business days.

EXCHANGES FOR THE DISSATISFIED SOUL

We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors of the same product (subject to availability). To exchange:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly indicate you want an exchange
  • Specify desired size/color alternative

We’ll ship the exchanged item once we receive and inspect your return.

REFUNDS & FINANCIAL SHADOWS

If your return is approved, we initiate refunds to your original payment method within:

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
